Schnitzel - A pork cutlet, pounded until tender then breaded and fried golden brown. A German culinary staple.

Herb-Roasted Chicken Leg Quarter - Rubbed with a blend of citrus and herbs then roasted to perfection for crispy skin and juicy, flavorful meat.

We also have Bratwurst of course! It's a staple on our regular menu!

NOTE - All dishes are creamy, German Fried Potatoes, Baby Carrots and House-made Rotkohl (German sweet and sour red cabbage).
