Is parking available?

Our lot fills up quickly but there are multiple public lots within one block. We have navigation links to all public lots HERE.

Is smoking/vaping allowed inside the venue?

No. There is an outdoor patio set up as a designated smoking area.

Are backpacks allowed at concerts/shows?

No backpacks or drawstring bags will be allowed. Small purses are allowed and are subject to search.

Is there an age limit for your shows?

No, unless stated otherwise, all shows are all ages.

In order to purchase alcohol, a government-issued ID is required.

Is re-entry allowed?

Re-entry is NOT allowed during concerts/shows.

Is seating available for concerts/shows?

Yes, there is limited seating available for all shows. Seating is on a first come - first serve basis.

Is food served during the concerts/shows?

Yes. However, for larger events we use a limited menu to ensure the service is a promp as possible.

Where can I buy tickets for a concert/show?

Tickets can be purchased in advanced through Eventbrite. Check for links in our Events Schedule and/or Social Media

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

Yes, unless the concert/show is sold out.

How do the ticketing fees work?

10% Admissions tax (City of Hampton)

Eventbrite Service Fee - 3.7% + $1.79 per sold ticket

Eventbrite Payment Processing Fee - 2.9% of the total order

PRO Fee - Ascap asnd BMI frees for music royalties

Why do we pass the fees on to the customer?

Simple answer here. We want the experience to be as cost effective as possible for the customer. Most places absorb the fees and just raise ticket and food prices to pass fess along in a hidden way. Since fees are often based off percentages this calculation often gets WAY over compensated in the busniesses favor. Our approach is to be transparent about fees and keep our food and ticket prices as low as possible.

Can I make a reservation for the night of a concert/show?

No, unfortunately reservations are not accepted for any concerts/shows on a weekend or for ticketed events.

Are reservations required on weeknights?

Reservations are only required for parties of 10 or more on Sunday-Thursday.
