Braised bone-in short rib over turnip and parsnip puree with roasted fingerling potatoes topped with house-made Scotch Ale jus
COURSE FIVE - paired with Rum Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout
Classic New York style cheese cake with macerated strawberries and BBA stout whipped cream
